Farizon Auto, officially distributed in the United Kingdom by Jameel Motors, has partnered with Europcar Mobility Group UK to provide replacement electric vans when customers’ vehicles are off the road for repairs.
Under the new service, if a Farizon SV or V7E cannot be repaired at the roadside, customers will receive a replacement Farizon SV within two days of the incident. Available throughout the vehicle’s warranty period, the service is designed to minimize disruption and help businesses remain operational.

Europcar has established an initial fleet of ten Farizon SV L1H1 models at key locations across the UK. Supported by its Delivery & Collection service, replacement vans can be delivered directly to customers without requiring them to visit a branch.
More than 70% of Europcar’s UK network is equipped with electric vehicle charging, enabling replacement vehicles to be supplied with at least an 80% charge.

The partnership strengthens Farizon Auto UK’s comprehensive aftersales offering, which already includes four years of roadside assistance from the AA and next-day parts delivery through DHL.

Andrew Grigor, Head of Aftersales at Farizon Auto UK, said: “While our vans are built for business, we’ve set out to ensure our aftersales offering provides the service our fleet and retail customers expect. This latest partnership with Europcar will provide further confidence to current and future customers, as more convert to electric vans.”
The Farizon SV offers up to 13 cubic metres of load space and a payload capacity of up to 1,365 kg. It has also achieved a five-star Euro NCAP safety rating and was named a finalist for the 2026 International Van of the Year award.
Through partnerships that support customers throughout the ownership journey, Jameel Motors continues to strengthen Farizon’s presence in the UK and help businesses transition confidently to electric commercial mobility.
