Jameel Motors UK continues to support Farizon Auto UK’s growth as the brand strengthens its role in the UK’s transition towards zero-emission commercial mobility.

Farizon, the global new energy commercial vehicle subsidiary within Geely Holding Group, continues to advance its sustainability efforts.  As highlighted in Geely Holding Group’s 14th Annual Sustainability Report, Farizon implemented 77 carbon reduction projects across manufacturing and 55 within R&D last year, achieving an incremental annual carbon reduction of 35,000 tonnes and a 12.6 percent reduction in carbon footprint per vehicle.

Since 2021, Farizon has reduced manufacturing-stage carbon emissions by 52.7 percent per vehicle and cut its full lifecycle carbon footprint by 11.7 percent.  Looking ahead, the company aims to rely on 100 percent green power across its manufacturing bases by 2030 and achieve full lifecycle carbon neutrality by 2045.

In the UK, Farizon Auto UK recently showcased its born-electric van range at Company Car in Action 2026, held at the UTAC Millbrook Proving Ground. The event brought together fleet professionals, partners and industry peers, offering them the opportunity to experience Farizon’s latest vehicles in real driving conditions.

A key highlight was the UK fleet drive debut of the Farizon V7E, the brand’s new medium-sized electric van designed for urban logistics.  Farizon Auto UK also took part in industry discussions during the event, with Calum James, General Manager of Farizon Auto UK, joining the Manufacturer Panel Discussion.

Cathal Doocey, Chairman and Owner of CPD Bodies, said:

“Our partnership with Farizon forms a key part of our ongoing strategic roadmap to deliver turnkey solutions for fleets that are efficient, effective, and support the wider decarbonisation journey many businesses are working towards.  The market-leading versatility and all-electric efficiency of the SV large van is the perfect base for our cutting-edge conversions.”
