Jameel Motors Morocco ranked among Africa’s top Toyota distributors at Pan-African Awards

Jameel Motors Morocco, the official distributor of Toyota in the Kingdom, has been recognized as one of the top-performing distributors in Africa, securing a ‘Diamond’ ranking and placing third overall at the 2025 Pan-African Distributor Awards.
The annual awards, which bring together 57 Toyota distributors from across the continent, evaluate performance across a comprehensive set of criteria including new vehicle sales, value chain development, aftersales performance, and operational fundamentals such as human capital and safety.

Achieving 182 points out of a maximum 200, Jameel Motors Morocco recorded the highest possible performance tier, Diamond, reflecting a strong and consistent execution across all areas of the business.
This result places Morocco among the top three distributors in Africa, alongside Tanzania and Rwanda, with only marginal differences in overall scores.

The awards ceremony was hosted by senior Toyota Motor Corporation leadership, including Shinichiro Otsuka and Ryoji Fujita, Executive Officers and Chief Operating Officers for the Africa Division, alongside Eiichi Kaneko, General Manager, Africa Mobility Value Chain Business Department, and other members of the Toyota Africa team.

The evaluation framework is based on Toyota’s STREAM 365 strategy, which assesses distributor performance from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, setting clear expectations for sustainable growth and continuous improvement.

This recognition reflects Jameel Motors Morocco’s strong alignment with Toyota’s global standards and its continued focus on delivering excellence across the full customer journey.
