Jameel Motors Egypt opens flagship GAC Motor Facility in Cairo

In November 2023, Egypt welcomed not one, but two new automotive brands.  Following its appointment as the official distributor for innovative Chinese brand GAC Motor, Jameel Motors launched its first Jameel Motors branded facility.  Constructed in just four months, the new facility sits in the Abu Rawash Giza district of Cairo in a light industrial area with many automotive outlets,

Built on a total land area of 41,500 square meters, including 24,500 square meters for the integrated facility, and an adjoining stockyard, and with a built-up area of over 12,500 square meters, the ground floor showroom of over 600 square meters displays up to six vehicles in comfort.  

This is adjoined to a state-of-the-art workshop of over 1,200 square meters equipped with 11 service bays and 11 paint bays, able to accommodate 65 vehicles per day and fed by a 1,000 square meter central parts store.

The opening introduced four proven performers – the all-new GAC GS4, GAC EMPOW, GAC EMZOOM, and GAC EMKOO with innovative technologies and industry-leading designs, to set the benchmark of quality and craftsmanship for the Egyptian motorist
