Olivier Tavenet serves as Managing Director, Strategy & Corporate Development, Jameel Motors.
Olivier is the lead on all strategy and development initiatives for Jameel Motors globally.
Prior to joining Abdul Latif Jameel, Olivier held a range of senior leadership positions across Asia, North America and Europe.
Mr. Tavenet previously served as Group Director at Sea Group, where he led the strategy and operational management of high-impact initiatives, with internal stakeholders, partners and Government. He has experience leading transformational projects across various businesses including digital transformation, inorganic and organic growth projects, and alliances management. Olivier has also held senior positions at Essilor-Luxottica and McKinsey.
Olivier holds a Master of Science in Energy & Fluids and a Master of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering in from ENSAM – Arts et Métiers Paristech, France. He has also achieved an internal MBA awarded by McKinsey. Olivier speaks six languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, and Lao
