Toyota awarded Best Customer Brand of passenger cars in Türkiye at recent Alfa Awards
Toyota Türkiye, part of Jameel Motors (International), is celebrating the recent Alfa Awards which saw Toyota awarded the best passenger car consumer brand in the country – noted for providing outstanding customer experience.
The awards, organized since 2014 by Marketing Türkiye in collaboration with Akademetre Research & Strategic Planning, announced the results of an independent study designed to represent the population of Türkiye.
This year, brands with very established and positive, sustainable relationships with their customers competed in over 60 categories. The winners received their awards at a ceremony held in November 2024 at the Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent. The ‘best’ in many categories, ranging from home appliances, digital streaming platforms, e-commerce sites, airlines, fast food and clothing, were all selected by a public jury.
The unique award methodology has been developed by AKADEMETRE, based on international standards. Their comprehensive consumer research, which forms the basis for the index, is conducted through face-to-face interviews with over 1,200 people in 12 randomly selected cities across Türkiye, with a margin of error of ±2.75.
The study covers more than 50 categories and examines a wide range of parameters including brand awareness, desirability, willingness to try 9the brand), communications, brand experience, and ongoing relationship.
