Since 1945, Abdul Latif Jameel has been committed to meeting the expanding need for consumer choice in personal transportation in Saudi Arabia, and to bringing world-leading brands and technologies to consumers in the country. As the exclusive distributor for Lexus in Saudi Arabia, we are pleased to announce the launch of the all-new 2019 Lexus ES model in a ceremony last month, bringing more choice to automotive consumers in the country.
The ceremony was held in the world’s largest Lexus center, in Riyadh, and was attended by senior executives from Lexus and Toyota Motor Corporation as well as selected Lexus customers and luxury car enthusiasts.
The 2019 Lexus ES combines striking design with world-class luxury, plus the option of an exceptionally efficient hybrid powertrain. With multiple all-new models, including the head-turning ES 350 – powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine, the powerful ES 300h hybrid model, and the first-ever ES F SPORT, the 2019 ES is crafted to surpass all expectations.
Yasuhiro Sakakibara, Lexus’ Chief Engineer said: “Lexus has put a clear development target for the development of Lexus ES 2019, that is to upgrade it to all-new levels, which means the enhancement of a luxury sedan long famous for providing advanced levels of comfort and tranquility, offering interactive and more exciting driving experience that you can feel and hear it once sitting inside the car.”
Yugo Miyamoto, Chief Representative, Middle East and North Africa Representative Office, Toyota Motor Corporation, said: “We are thrilled to announce the launch of the all-new Lexus ES in the Middle East in general and in Saudi Arabia in particular, to complement the phenomenal success of the model and also to pave the way for a futuristic driving experience in the region.”
