Jameel Motors and Careem team up to drive greener deliveries in the UAE

Jameel Motors UAE is taking another bold step toward sustainable mobility with the signing of a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) that brings Farizon electric vehicles into the heart of the country’s delivery network.

In collaboration with Careem, one of the region’s leading ride-hailing tech platforms, Jameel Motors will support the electrification of Careem’s middle-mile delivery operations.  The goal: to help over 20,000 merchants – from restaurants to retailers – reduce emissions, cut operating costs, and contribute to the UAE’s Green Agenda 2030 and Net Zero 2050 ambitions.

With the UAE’s commercial vehicle market projected to grow from US$ 2.61 billion in 2025 to nearly US$ 4 billion by 2030, electric mobility is expected to lead the charge with an estimated 35% annual growth rate.  Through this partnership, Jameel Motors and Careem are enabling businesses to transition more quickly and responsibly.
