Future Leaders program and human resources excellence at Toyota Türkiye honored and recognized
Toyota Türkiye, part of Jameel Motors, has received three awards in recent weeks honoring their talent management, human resources and professional development achievements.
At the 2024 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards, TTMS took home a coveted GOLD Award™ for Best Talent Management Program – the Future Leaders program, as well as a Bronze Award for their New Hire Onboarding Program.
The Future Leaders program, launched by Toyota Türkiye in 2011, continues to bring together those who want to influence the future of the automotive sector in the long term.
Future Leaders was selected among Türkiye’s most admired talent programs in the automotive sector by taking part in the “Top100 Talent Program” conducted by Toptalent, which evaluates talent programs.
For selected candidates, the program runs for 20 months, with rotation opportunities in four departments, learning the principles of The Toyota Way throughout. There are special training and development programs and the team receives mentorship from Toyota Türkiye executives. At the end of the program, successful candidates are able to continue their career journey at Toyota in a position that best suits their competencies.
Toyota Future Leaders stands out as a pioneering application in the sector and is planned to be renewed every two years. With this special program, Toyota Turkey transfers the company culture to young people who brings value to the automotive sector.
The Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards™ recognizes best practices for initiatives in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and the Future of Work. All entries were evaluated by senior industry experts and Brandon Hall Group analysts within multiple criteria.
The judging panel awarded Toyota Türkiye with the Awards in recognition of their employee engagement, talent management and retention.
