For the second consecutive year, Abdul Latif Jameel Motors, Saudi Arabia has proudly claimed four prestigious awards at the 2025 Saudi Customer Experience Awards (SCXA), solidifying its position as a leader in guest-centric excellence.
Supported by the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Human Resources, this landmark event was held at InterContinental Durrat al Riyadh Resort and brought together over 70 leading Saudi companies, showcasing innovative projects to a distinguished panel of international judges.
The SCXA is organized by the Saudi Customer Experience Association, in partnership with Awards International, a Saudi firm dedicated to elevating customer experience through knowledge sharing, and CXKSA, a Saudi institution focused on enhancing customer experience through a variety of world-class services and tech solutions. The event highlights Saudi Arabia’s strides in elevating customer service standards across both public and private sectors.
Abdul Latif Jameel Motors Toyota secured a Gold Award in ‘Customer at the Heart of Everything’ for outstanding safety campaigns that underscore its dedication to prioritizing guests’ well-being. Another Gold Award in Best Digital Customer Experience recognized the innovative Virtual Collision Estimate program, which simplifies post-accident repairs through streamlined insurance claims and repair processes, reducing wait times and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Further emphasizing its focus on internal growth, Abdul Latif Jameel Motors Toyota received a Silver Award in Best Learning & Development for the Jameel Standards Program, which promotes operational excellence and empowers Associates to deliver exceptional service. Abdul Latif Jameel Motors Toyota also earned a Bronze Award in Best Learning & Development for the Intra Company Training Program (ICT), a strategic program that equips participants with essential skills, knowledge, and international exposure in Toyota Motor Corporation offices in selected countries.
